Enterprise AI for frontline operations

Frontline work, reported once.

For multi‑site companies whose people work away from a desk. A driver, a cleaner, a cook or a technician tells afka what happened, in their own words and language. afka works out the workflow, asks only for what is missing, acts in your systems under your policy and keeps the worker updated until the work is closed.

Forklift 4 has soft brakes. I parked it at dock 2 and took the keys.

Forklift 4 is out of service and maintenance has the work order, priority high. Your reference is OPS‑1042, and I will tell you when it is fixed.

What changes

Supervisors stop being the router for every request.

Most of your people never sit in Slack or a browser. Today every problem travels by phone through a supervisor. With afka it travels once, complete, to whoever has to act.

The worker speaks once

No app to learn, no form and no org chart. A reference straight away, and updates in the same channel without asking.

What it is worth

Capacity you can count, site by site.

afka is sold on supervisor hours recovered, measured against your own baseline. Here is what that is worth for a typical site of 300 frontline workers, and for a network of sites.

100supervisor hours a monthPer site: no longer spent hearing, filing and chasing routine requests.
$3,580saved a month, per siteAt $35.79 an hour, the US median for a first‑line supervisor (BLS, May 2025).
0.6of a supervisor roleTime back for safety walks, coaching and the work only a supervisor can do.

One site

About 100 hours and $3,580 back every month.

Ten sites

About 1,000 hours and $35,790 back every month.

Fifty sites

About 5,000 hours and $178,950 back every month.

An estimate, not a promise: five requests a month per worker, eight minutes of supervisor time each today, half of them closed by afka with no human routing step, a full‑time month of 160 hours and the US median pay of a first‑line supervisor (BLS, May 2025), before benefits. The pilot measures your real volume, minutes and straight‑through rate before anything is promised.

How we start

A 30‑day pilot on one workflow at one site.

We pick one workflow with real volume and a clear owner, measure today's baseline, and show the numbers against it before any rollout is proposed.

Discovery

Days -14 to -7

One workflow and one site chosen; volume, minutes per request and supervisor time measured.

Configuration

Days -7 to 0

Systems connected, policy and approvals set, the site poster printed, edge cases tested.

Controlled launch

Days 1 to 7

One shift or one site, 20 to 150 workers, with a daily review of every misroute.

Whole site

Days 8 to 21

Every eligible worker, and one adjacent workflow only once the first is stable.

Proof

Days 22 to 30

Results against the baseline, worker and supervisor feedback, and the plan for the next sites.

Governance

The model proposes. Your rules decide.

Money and people always go to a person. Refunds, spend above a site limit and any adverse decision about a worker are prepared by afka and decided by your people.

Your policy beats learned memory. A policy change applies to the next decision on every open case; what afka learned never overrides it.

Every action is written down. Who reported, what afka did, who approved and when, in an append‑only log nobody can edit.

Questions

What operations and security teams ask first.

Do our workers need an email address or a company laptop?+

No. They open Talk on their own phone from the site's join link or poster and speak in their own language. Office teams use the chat tools they already have.

Which languages can workers use?+

As many as the models handle. A worker reports in their language, the owner reads the case in theirs, with the original kept beside it.

What happens when one of our systems is down?+

afka never claims work is done when it is not. The case shows that it is waiting on the system, the owner is told, and the worker hears the real state.

Is afka SOC 2 certified?+

Not yet. A SOC 2 Type II examination is in progress. Until the report is issued we share our security questionnaire and Annex II of the DPA.

Can we start with one site?+

That is how we recommend starting: one workflow at one site for 30 days, measured against your baseline, then the next sites.

Tell afka what happened. The work moves.
