afka is a hire with its own logins, so the honest question is not what we promise. It is what it is allowed to touch, what stops for a person, and what you can read afterwards.
All three are things you can open today.

Draft is ready. Before I send: 340 of these accounts renewed in the last 30 days, and the draft still quotes the old support hours. I would fix the wording and hold the recent renewals.
Its own logins, and only the ones you give it.
afka connects to the tools your team already pays for the way a new hire would, through each tool’s own authorisation. Nothing is pasted into a chat, and nothing crosses from one workspace to another.
Only the tools you connect
Each integration is authorised on its own, with the narrowest permission that finishes the job. Connecting a chat space does not open a mailbox.
An admin sees all of it
Every connection an agent can act through is on one screen, with the account it acts as. There is no connection you cannot see and no key you have to trust us with.
One click and it stops
Disconnect removes the access at that moment, not at the end of a job. Work already running loses its access mid-task and halts where it stands.
Said plainly, including the parts we have not done yet.
Compliant means the obligation is in force and met. In progress means the work is under way. Planned means it is decided and has not started. There is no fourth word, and we do not claim a standard we have not earned.

afka is the processor and you are the controller. The DPA carries the Article 28 obligations in full and incorporates the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses.

PlannedA certification is evidence that somebody outside the company checked. Until that has happened, we say so.
Read the DPANothing you cannot undo happens without a person.
Money, customer sends and account changes wait in the thread until somebody presses approve. You set how far each agent may go on its own, per task, and it is never guessed at.
Hit pause and it stops, provably, mid-run. Who asked, what it touched, when, and what it cost.
What it reads is data. Never instructions.
An AI teammate reads tickets, emails and web pages written by people outside your company, and some of that text is written to be read by a machine and to tell it what to do.
Content arriving from outside is material to work on, not a command to follow. When afka finds an instruction hidden in that content, the step goes to a person instead of running, and a refund still waits for a person no matter who asked.

Ticket 4021 is a refund request with an instruction pasted into the body. I have answered the refund and quoted the rest to you rather than acting on it.
It is yours, it stays yours, and it does not become a model.
Your conversations, documents and connected data are used to do the work you asked for and for nothing else. They are not sold, and they are not used to train a general model, ours or anybody’s.
Per workspace
Skills, memory and connections belong to one workspace. There is no path from one customer’s data to another’s.
Sub-processors, named
Every service that touches your data is listed by name in the Privacy Policy, not described as a category.
Export and deletion
You can take your data out and you can have it deleted. Both are obligations in the DPA, not favours.
You are the controller
afka is the processor and acts on your documented instructions, which is what the Article 28 terms say in full.
The questions a security review actually asks.
Is afka SOC 2 certified?+
Not yet. A SOC 2 Type II examination is in progress, and until an auditor has issued a report we will not say otherwise. What exists today is a security questionnaire and Annex II of the DPA, both available on request.
Does afka train on our data?+
No. Your data is used to do the work you asked for. It is not used to develop, improve or train a general model, ours or a model provider’s, and it is not sold.
What will it do without asking us?+
Whatever you set, per agent, in one of three settings. Suggest drafts everything and sends nothing. Review acts freely and stops before anything irreversible. Auto acts inside an allow-list and a credit cap. Money, customer sends and account changes always wait for a person.
How do we remove its access?+
Disconnect the integration and the access is gone at that moment, rather than at the end of the current job. Work that was running loses its access mid-task and halts where it stands.
Who are afka’s sub-processors?+
They are listed by name in the Privacy Policy, with what each one does. The list is part of the document rather than a page that can change quietly.
Can we get a DPA?+
It is already published, on standard terms, with the Article 28 obligations in full and the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated. The United Kingdom is covered expressly through the International Data Transfer Addendum, version B1.0. You do not have to ask for it.
