Cleaning and facility services

Every site cleaned. Every visit on record.

For commercial cleaning, facility services and housekeeping teams. Crews tell afka what they finished, what is missing and what went wrong, by voice or with a photo, in their own language. afka files it on the site, gets the right person moving and tells your clients first.

Who it is for

Everyone who keeps buildings clean and running.

The same afka runs the office of a cleaning company, a facility services firm and a housekeeping team. It learns your sites, clients, crews and checklists, and works in the tools you already have.

Commercial and office cleaning

Visit reports, client requests, supply orders and shift cover across every site.

Facility services

Work orders, contractor visits, inspections and reports across trades and buildings.

Housekeeping teams

Rooms turned over, lost and found, maintenance requests and handovers between shifts.

Window and specialist cleaning

Quotes, site access, safety checklists and before and after photos for every job.

What it is worth

Give your office back the hours the morning takes.

Every crew report, supply request and client email that a person only passes on costs minutes. Supervisors stop being human routers. Here is what that is worth for a typical cleaning company, and for smaller and larger ones.

90hours back every monthSupervisor and office time no longer spent passing work on.
$2,090saved every monthAt $23.23 an hour: the US median pay of an administrative assistant (BLS, May 2025), before benefits.

5 sites

About 32 hours and $750 back every month.

14 sites

About 90 hours and $2,090 back every month.

40 sites

About 257 hours and $5,960 back every month.

An estimate, not a promise: a working month of 22 days, a full‑time month of 160 hours, and the time a person spends today on work afka can take over. The hourly cost is the US median pay of an administrative assistant (BLS, May 2025), before benefits. Once afka is running, your weekly report shows the hours it actually saved.

What it takes off the plate

Four jobs that fill a cleaning office every day.

Each one arrives by email, by a photo from a site or by a call at the end of a shift, which is exactly where afka works.

Proof of every visit

A report for every site, every night

Crew leads say what they finished and send a photo. afka turns it into a visit report on the client's record and sends it before the client walks in.

Supplies and consumables

Supplies ordered before a site runs out

A crew says what is running low. afka adds it to that site's next order with your usual supplier, and anything that spends money waits for a person.

Client email

Every complaint becomes a fix with a photo

It reads the client's email, puts the room on tonight's list for the right crew, drafts the reply for your account manager and sends the after photo once it is done.

Schedules and access

Shift gaps covered before the night starts

When someone cannot make it, afka finds who is free and knows that site, asks them and updates the plan. It also knows which keys, badges and codes each crew holds.

Talk

Your crews already know what is missing. Now the office hears it.

One or two people in the office connect the tools once. After that every crew member installs Talk from the QR code in the supply closet and speaks to afka in their own language: finish a site, send a photo, flag a problem, ask where to go next.

Priced per workspace with unlimited seats, so every cleaner and supervisor can use Talk without a licence of their own.

A night with afka

From the shift plan to the morning report.

What a cleaning company with 14 sites looks like when afka does the repetitive part.

Shift planFive in the afternoon

Who works where tonight, gaps covered, keys and codes ready. Crews hear their sites before they leave home.

ArrivalsSeven in the evening

Crews check in by voice. A site nobody reached is with the supervisor within minutes.

On siteEleven at night

Leaks, locked rooms and empty dispensers come in as photos and land on the right site and the right person.

Client reportsSix in the morning

Every site's visit report is sent, and the owner reads one message: done, open, and waiting for approval.

Getting started

Working on the first night, not next quarter.

No new software for the crews and no project for the office. Connect what you already use, put a code in every supply closet, and read the first reports the next morning.

Connect the office

Your inbox, your chat and the tools you already pay for, in a few clicks. afka reads what is there and learns your sites, clients and crews.

Put a code in every supply closet

Each crew member scans it once with the phone camera, joins your company and starts talking. Nothing to learn, in their own language.

Read the first reports in the morning

Which sites are done, what the clients were told and what waits for your approval, in one message before the day starts.

On site

Talk to afka from the site.

The same Talk app as on our home page, on every crew member's own phone. They speak, afka answers out loud, and the work lands where the office sees it.

  • A real conversation in their own language. It asks when something is unclear and already knows your sites, clients and checklists.
  • The small plus at the top adds a photo or a file. afka reads it and files it on the site.
  • The same rules as in the office. Anything that spends money waits for a person.

In the office

Email and the tools you already pay for.

The office works with afka where it already works: email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Google Chat, and the dashboard. Your tools connect in a few clicks.

Plus your scheduling, inspection and accounting software through managed connectors. If what you use is not there, afka writes the connection itself.

Questions

Before your first night shift.

How do crews get started?+

Each crew member gets their own afka account under your company, at no extra cost because seats are unlimited. The office invites them or puts the join code in the supply closet; they scan it with the phone camera, sign in and Talk installs on the home screen. Give each person a short walkthrough on their first shift: how to start a call, send a photo and ask where to go next.

Our crews speak different languages. Does that matter?+

No. Each person talks to afka in their own language, in as many languages as the models handle, and the office reads every report in its own.

Can crews send photos from the site?+

Yes. A finished room, a leak, an empty dispenser or a locked door. afka reads the photo, files it on the site's visit and tells the right person what it found.

Can a crew share one phone or one login?+

No, and it matters. afka knows who is speaking, so each person needs their own account: their sites, their reports and their language stay theirs, and nobody can act with the owner's permissions. Talk works on a work phone or on their own.

Does it replace my supervisors?+

It takes the repetitive part: the check‑ins, the reports, the supply lists and the calls that only need logging. Your supervisors keep the quality checks, the people and the client relationships.

What does it cost?+

A plan per workspace with unlimited seats, plus credits for the work it does. Every cleaner and supervisor can use Talk.

Your clients hear from you first.
