One Zoom app, two jobs. The meeting agent joins the Zoom meetings you send it, takes notes and turns what was agreed into finished work. In Zoom Team Chat, you mention afka in a channel or a direct message to give it a task, and it answers in the thread.
Install Opens afka and starts the Zoom authorization.
In meetings: afka joins as a visible participant named afka Notetaker, listens, and after the call delivers the summary, the decisions and the follow-ups to the place you chose: the afka workspace, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Anything that needs a person, such as sending an email or changing a record, waits for approval when your autonomy settings say so.
In Team Chat: a mention of afka in a channel or a direct message starts a task. afka replies in the same thread, asks when a detail is missing, and shows Approve and Reject buttons on sensitive steps. Prefix a message with deep: for a more thorough run or fast: for a quicker one.
You need an afka workspace at app.afka.ai, the owner or admin role in it, and a Zoom account. Each member who wants afka in their meetings links their own Zoom account; the link is personal, the tasks belong to the workspace.
From inside afka the order is the same in reverse: Connectors, the Zoom tile, Add, then Allow in Zoom.
Paste the Zoom meeting link on the Meetings screen under Agents, or schedule it ahead of time. afka joins when the meeting starts, from the account of the member who linked Zoom, so that member must be in the meeting; afka cannot join before them and leaves when they leave.
Participants see afka Notetaker in the participant list. After the call the summary appears in the Meetings screen and in the channel you chose. The transcript stays in your workspace and is never used to train models.
In any channel where afka is a member, type @afka followed by the request. In a direct message, the message itself is the request. afka acknowledges within seconds, works, and posts the result in the thread. Long tasks report progress; a task that needs an approval shows the buttons in the thread.
To add afka to a channel, use Add members in that channel and pick afka. To stop it in a channel, remove it from the members list; the workspace link stays until you disconnect.
afka asks for the smallest set that makes the two jobs possible, and nothing that reads your account beyond that.
Your Zoom user id and account name, the ids of the meetings you send afka to, and the authorization tokens Zoom issues, held in an encrypted vault and used only to do the work you asked for. Meeting transcripts, notes and Team Chat tasks live in your afka workspace under its access rules.
Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement cover the details.

In afka: Connectors, the Zoom tile, Disconnect. In Zoom: the App Marketplace, Manage, Added Apps, Remove next to afka. Either way afka receives the removal, deletes the stored tokens and the link within minutes, and stops joining meetings and answering in Team Chat.
Notes and tasks already delivered stay in your workspace. To delete them as well, email support@afka.ai from the owner account and afka staff close the workspace for you.
Email support@afka.ai; a person answers within one business day. Include your workspace name and the meeting or thread the question is about.
