What credits buy

Credits are the work, not the seat.

A credit is debited for work actually done, and every run shows what it cost. Three sizes, and most of a working day is the first one.

QuickTens of credits

A lookup, a reply, a record updated, a question about last week answered from live data.

Three deals moved. Two are on track. One needs you: Nordica went quiet after the demo, and I have drafted the follow-up in HubSpot.

Done. Four campaigns past their target cost, one quietly winning, and the reallocation is in the file.

Credit sizing shown is provisional. Credits are debited per run, for work actually done, and the number on every run is the real one.

How credits work

A credit is model work done, and caching brings it down.

You pay for the work, not the headcount

Every credit reflects real model work. No per-seat licence, no minimum, and no new platform tier appearing as the team grows.

Repeated work costs less

afka caches what it has already read and reuses results across runs, so the second Monday report is cheaper than the first.

You choose how hard it thinks

Heavier reasoning is a choice you make per task rather than a plan you are locked into, and the cost is shown before it runs.

Standing work is metered too

A job with a time on it spends credits every time it runs, so frequency is part of the price. Change the schedule and the cost follows.

Credit packs

Add credits without changing plan.

A pack sits on top of your monthly grant, at a better rate the larger it is. Packs never expire.

Packs are bought from inside the workspace, so they land on the account that will spend them.

Recurring, not a one-time bounty. Your referral starts with bonus credits, so both sides win.

Questions

What teams ask about the bill.

Is the free start really free?+

10,000 credits, no card and no sales call. Spend them on real work. When they run out you pick a plan; nothing is deleted and nothing expires in the meantime.

What can 20,000 credits actually do?+

On a normal month it is a standing Monday report, a Friday pipeline review, the actions from your calls, and a few hundred everyday asks in the channel. A single heavy build is the thing that moves the number, which is why it is shown to you before it runs.

Is there a per-seat charge?+

No. Pricing is per workspace. The tenth teammate costs the same as the first, and everyone briefs the same hire.

Do unused credits roll over?+

Monthly credits roll into the next month, and credits bought in a pack never expire. A quiet month is not a wasted one.

Can I change plan whenever I want?+

Yes, up or down, from inside the workspace. A change takes effect on the next cycle and your credit balance comes with you.

How do I keep the bill under control?+

Set a monthly cap and afka stops rather than overspending. Anyone can ask in the channel what the week has used and it answers from live usage; admins get a warning as the balance runs down.

Do I get every feature on every plan?+

Yes. Nothing is locked behind a tier — plans differ in how many credits they include and in the controls a larger company needs, not in what afka can do.

What happens if I run out mid-month?+

Work pauses rather than failing quietly, and you can top up with a pack or turn on auto top-ups with a ceiling you set.

One hire. The output of a team.

Start with 10,000 credits on the house, then pay for the work it actually does.
